“To enhance global and human security, by applying open access digital tools and solutions to support strategic analysis, plans, governance and collaborative action, to prevent and reduce risks from threats to life and the survival of humanity.”

Objectives

• Maintain and Update the Global Futures Platform for Planet, People and Peace to host and develop open-source digital solutions as a global good. 
• Continue to Collate Existing Digital tools covering the key components of the systems framework for the Global Futures Platform for Planet, People and Peace – including Governance, Knowledge, Advocacy and Capacity for the Provision of integrated virtual services that Protect, Prevent and Promote a Peaceful, harmonious and healthy Planet and People. 
• Design and Develop Innovative Digital Solutions and tools with collaborative partners that strengthen global security for the Planet, People and Peace, to enable long term sustainable development. 
• Strengthen Leadership Capacity for the Planet, People and Peace by the provision of Massive On-line Open-access Courses (MOOCs), webinars, online networks, mentoring and learning, with tailored modular units for professional training and development. 
• Enable Global Governance for Existential Security Threats with a focus on youth leadership and intergenerational governance initiatives that aim to secure the future of life and the wellbeing of humanity, with digital tools and through strategic digital systems. 
• Scale up Collaborative Action to take forward recommendations with collaborative partners, by enhancing communication, coordination and advocacy that enables capacity building, including the expansion of further hubs, identifying sustainable finance mechanisms and resource mobilisation.
